Needham, MA, September 26, 2005 – Woodman's Food Market fills its coffers with Scenic Technology

Scenic Technology Corporation (“Scenic”), a global provider of supply chain execution systems on a service model, today announced that Woodman’s Food Market, Inc. of Janesville, WI, an employee-owned grocer, has implemented sce-Dx™, the warehouse management solution within the sce-Star™ Suite of Supply Chain Execution products offered by Scenic.  The implementation supports the automatic replenishment of grocery products from the warehouse to the store shelf.  Stockers record orders for items that need to be restocked into a hand-held radio frequency computer based on minimum item stocking levels.  These orders are transmitted and filled in real time.  sce-Dx™ also handles receiving, putaway, and inventory management activities within Woodman’s warehouses.
