Scenic and BCSI Mobility Solutions are working together to provide first, second and third level support for this implementation. In addition to support, Peterson has committed to a series of enhancements to the system which will improve the efficiency of the operation.

Modern warehouses and distribution centers are complex facilities and require the use of various hardware and software technologies, including Radio Frequency (or wireless) communications, for optimal operation.
