Needham, MA, January 1, 2005 – Scenic Technology Corporation has acquired Zander Technologies LLC. Zander offers maintenance and support services to users of the former AllPoints warehouse management software and the Advanced Inventory Management (AIM) merchandise planning software. Customers include: drugstore.com, Federated Department Stores, National Freight, New Breed, NEC Electronics, SSA Global Technologies, Tire Kingdom, and Shamrock Foods.
The acquisition broadens the customer base and provides additional channel sales opportunities for the recently acquired Microsoft-based supply chain execution software products.. In addition, Scenic acquires a recurring revenue stream with exceptional cash flow and strong customer relationships.
